We are looking for a collaborative and adaptable Recruiting Coordination Specialist I to deliver a thoughtful candidate experience and keep hiring moving efficiently.
What You’ll Do
You will own interview scheduling, including complex schedules that require judgment and flexibility.
You will partner with recruiters, hiring teams, interviewers, and administrative partners to keep interviews on track.
You will provide candidates with clear, timely communication throughout the interview process.
You will resolve scheduling challenges independently, escalating broader issues when needed.
You will own defined projects and process improvements that strengthen recruiting operations and the candidate experience.
You will support interviewer operations and training to improve the hiring experience.
What We Look For
Experience managing interview coordination in a fast-moving recruiting environment.
Strong judgment when navigating complex scheduling and changing priorities.
Clear written and verbal communication with candidates and internal partners.
Experience owning projects or improving recruiting processes.
Ability to build effective working relationships across teams.
Experience with Greenhouse, automated scheduling tools, and Google Workspace is preferred.
Pay Grade - E
Equity Grade - 2
Employees new to Affirm typically come in at the start of the pay range. Affirm focuses on providing a simple and transparent pay structure which is based on a variety of factors, including location, experience and job-related skills. Base pay is part of a total compensation package that may include monthly stipends for health, wellness and tech spending, and benefits (including 100% subsidized medical coverage, dental and vision for you and your dependents). In addition, the employees may be eligible for equity rewards offered by Affirm Holdings, Inc. (parent company).
CAN base pay range per year: $63,000 - $83,000
