En tant que gestionnaire régional des ventes – entreprise, vous serez responsable de générer de nouvelles occasions commerciales auprès de clients d'entreprise, tout en développant les relations existantes. Vous positionnerez CrowdStrike comme le fournisseur de choix au sein de vos comptes. Pour atteindre et dépasser votre quota de vente personnel, vous devrez mener à bien le cycle de vente. Vous répondrez aux exigences des clients et collaborerez avec les équipes internes concernées pour livrer des propositions commerciales réussies.

Le personne idéale doit faire preuve d'une énergie et d'un dynamisme hors du commun et d'un réel désir de développer des activités au sein d'un portefeuille de comptes. Elle doit être capable de bâtir rapidement des relations efficaces et de repérer immédiatement, dans chaque compte, une activité à valeur ajoutée pouvant ensuite être développée en utilisant les ressources internes. Ce que vous ferez:

  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les ressources internes et de manière autonome pour bâtir un processus efficace et dépasser votre quota de vente personnel.

  • Repérer de nouvelles occasions commerciales tout en établissant, développant et maintenant des relations jusqu'au niveau de la direction au sein du portefeuille qui vous est attribué.

  • Établir un réseau au sein de l’entreprise cliente et influencer les principaux décideurs, généralement au niveau C.

  • Agir en tant que représentant(e) de CrowdStrike auprès de comptes clients particuliers.

  • Communiquer et promouvoir la proposition de valeur et les services de l’entreprise afin de devenir un(e) conseiller(ère) de confiance auprès de la clientèle.

  • Repérer de nouvelles occasions commerciales et préparer des plans détaillés de développement des comptes, des stratégies d'engagement et des objectifs pour chaque compte du portefeuille qui vous est attribué.

  • Travailler en collaboration avec les équipes internes et diriger une équipe virtuelle afin de générer et de conclure des occasions.

  • Prendre le contrôle des occasions et prévoir avec précision leurs objectifs et leurs résultats commerciaux.

Ce dont vous aurez besoin:

  • Au moins 5 ans d’expérience en ventes sur le terrain auprès de clients d'entreprise dans les secteurs SaaS, de la technologie ou de la sécurité.

  • Expérience démontrée en vente ciblée, vente de solutions ou techniques de vente consultative.

  • Capacité à conclure des contrats de solutions et de services d'une valeur comprise entre 250 000 et 1 million de dollars.

  • Historique de succès avéré dans l’atteinte ou le dépassement des quotas de vente individuels et des indicateurs de rendement.

  • Solides compétences en matière de résolution de problèmes, capacité à analyser des problèmes complexes à plusieurs variables et à utiliser une approche systématique pour obtenir une résolution rapide.

  • Bonne compréhension des technologies de cybersécurité, de l'infonuagique ou des offres SaaS et des solutions concurrentes sur le marché.

  • Expérience significative et avérée dans le développement de relations avec des cadres supérieurs et des partenaires d'alliance.

  • Aptitude à comprendre comment les produits et les solutions technologiques résolvent les problèmes des entreprises et capacité à expliquer des concepts complexes à des publics et des niveaux de compétence variés.

  • Excellentes compétences en présentation, rédaction, communication verbale et conclusion de ventes.

  • Solides compétences en matière de gestion du temps, d'organisation et de prise de décision.

  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe, avec une forte motivation personnelle.

  • Solides compétences en matière de communication (écrite et orale) et de présentation, tant à l’interne qu’à l’externe.

  • Capacité à travailler à distance et à voyager jusqu'à 50 % du temps.

  • Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français

About the Role:

As a Regional Sales Manager –Enterprise you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities within enterprise clients, whilst growing existing client relationships. You will position CrowdStrike as the supplier of choice within your accounts. To meet and exceed your individual sales quota, you will drive the sales cycle to success. You will meet the client’s requirements and be responsible for collaborating with the relevant internal teams to deliver successful sales proposals.

The right candidate will possess excellent energy and drive and a real desire to build business across a portfolio of accounts. They will have the ability to build effective relationships quickly and to find a valuable business within each account immediately that can then be enhanced by leveraging internal resources. Candidates with current strong security contacts are encouraged to apply.

This is a field sales role and we are currently seeking top talent within the Quebec province.

What You'll Do:

  • Work closely with internal resources and individually to build a successful pipeline to meet and exceed your individual sales quota

  • Identify new business opportunities whilst establishing, developing and maintaining relationships up to executive-levels within your assigned portfolio

  • Network within the client’s business and influence key decision makers, typically at C-level

  • Act as CrowdStrike ambassador within specific client accounts

  • Articulate and promote the company’s value proposition and services to become a trusted advisor within your customer base

  • Identify new business opportunities and prepare detailed account development plans, engagement strategies and targets for each account within your assigned portfolio

  • Working in collaboration with internal teams and to lead a virtual team to drive and close opportunities

  • Take control of opportunities and accurately forecast their business objectives and outcomes.

What You'll Need:

  • 5+ years of sales experience in a field sales capacity at an enterprise level for SaaS, Technology, and/or Security

  • Demonstrated experience with target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques.

  • Capable of closing solutions and services opportunities ranging from $250k – $1m

  • Proven successful track record meeting and/or exceeding individually owned quota and performance metrics

  • Strong problem-solving skills, ability to analyze complex multivariate problems and use a systematic approach to gain swift resolution.

  • Strong understanding of Cybersecurity, Cloud and/or SaaS technologies and competitive offerings in the marketplace.

  • Significant and proven experience developing relationships with senior executives and alliance partners.

  • An aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions solve business problems with ability to explain complicated concepts to a variety of audiences and skill levels.

  • Outstanding presentation, written, verbal and closing skills.

  • Strong time management, organizational and decision-making skills.

  • Self-motivated ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills, both internally and externally.

  • Ability to work remotely and travel up to 50%

  • Fluent in English and French
