Compensation Package : $69,700.00 - $93,000.00 . CAD annually + Bonus Eligibility

What you'll be doing.
- Identify and manage asset reliability that could adversely affect plant or business operations.
- Leads the Root Cause Failure Analysis effort for sporadic equipment failures and ensure failure modes are addressed
- Maintain criticality list and determine maintenance strategies for assets based on ranking
- Manage the plant's predictive and preventative maintenance programs
- Research and implement new condition monitoring and predictive maintenance technologies
- Create and maintain maintenance and reliability KPI's in conformance with a world class reliability program
- Monitor asset availability, analyze data for trends, and use findings to recommend improvements or predict future failures
- Work with Regional Reliability Managers to advance the plant's reliability
- Make specific recommendations to the Engineering Management Team to improve machinery performance and reliability based on analysis of process and failure data
- Identity Sustainable Cost Advantage opportunities through reducing maintenance costs or increasing equipment capability.
- Support and identify training opportunities and activities for the Maintenance Department
- Manage of Capital projects from creation of the REA to the execution of the project
- Assist Capital project process with reliability analysis of new designs to determine system, asset and component reliability
- Supports plant safety programs and departmental safety requests
- Perform additional duties as assigned
What you'll need to be successful.
- Education: minimum Undergraduate degree in Engineering required.
- Can communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in written work
- Strong technical expertise and problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical skills (e.g., root cause analysis and statistical analysis)
- Displays vision and demonstrate both personal and organizational sensitivity
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reports
