Remote Bilingual Customer Support (French/English) - Music Streaming - 05/2025
ModSquad has teamed up with one of the world’s top music streaming services, and we're looking for enthusiastic, bilingual Customer Service Representatives to join our fully remote team!
As a Customer Support Rep, you’ll be the friendly face (or message!) behind the brand - helping users navigate the platform, troubleshoot technical issues, and make the most of their listening experience. You’ll provide support in both French and English, engaging with customers through inbound messaging.
What You Bring to the Table
Passion for music and a love of helping people
Excellent written communication skills in French and English
Experience supporting customers via live chat or web messaging
Ability to juggle multiple conversations (3 - 5 at once!)
A positive, proactive approach to problem-solving
Orientation & Schedule (All Times in Pacific / Sacramento, CA):
Orientation - 8 weeks (40 hrs/week):
Phase 1 (4 weeks): 4 AM - 1 PM
Phase 2 (4 weeks): Self-scheduled between 9 AM - 10 PM
Production (Ongoing):
Daily between 9 AM - 10 PM
25 hours/week commitment required
12 hours must be on Saturday and/or Sunday
180-day engagement (as needed by ModSquad)

What You’ll Need (Workspace Requirements):
Windows 10+ desktop or laptop
8GB RAM or better (Dual monitors? Even better!)
Stable internet (25 Mbps+)
Webcam (used for orientation and check-ins)
Willingness to install ModSquad’s security software on your computer & phone
Bonus Points If You:
Have experience in the music/streaming industry
Thrive in a fast-paced, fully remote environment
Have an ear for detail - and maybe even a great playlist
Please note: A Chromebook is not sufficient for ModSquad projects.
