Now is an amazing time to join Nozomi Networks as we build the future of OT and IoT cybersecurity.

We defend some of the world’s largest organizations and critical infrastructure in more than 68 countries and we’re just getting started. Our AI-powered cybersecurity platform secures operational technology (OT) and Internet of Things (IoT) infrastructures for enterprises and government entities across energy, manufacturing, transportation, resources, and critical infrastructure.

Nozomi is looking for a data-driven Reporting & Analytics Analyst who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role will partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to transform raw data into actionable insights through scalable dashboards, advanced reporting, and ad-hoc analyses. The ideal candidate is fluent in modern BI tooling and SQL, and is passionate about turning complex datasets into clear, decision-ready stories.

In this role, you will:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI to support Sales, GTM, and executive stakeholders
  • Develop and optimize complex DAX measures, calculated columns, and data models to power performant, self-service BI experiences
  • Write efficient, well-documented SQL queries against Google BigQuery (and other data warehouses) to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets
  • Build and maintain reusable data models, semantic layers, and dataset pipelines that ensure a single source of truth across the organization
  • Automate recurring reporting workflows and replace manual spreadsheets with scalable, governed BI solutions
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses on pipeline, forecasting, conversion rates, win/loss, productivity, and other GTM KPIs to surface trends and opportunities
  • Document data definitions, KPI logic, and reporting processes; train end users on dashboards and self-serve analytics best practices
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks in reporting workflows, and recommend improvements to data architecture, tooling, and analytics processes
Critical Skills:
  • Hands-on experience building production dashboards in Power BI and/or Tableau (both is a plus)
  • Strong proficiency with DAX and Power Query (M) for data modeling and advanced calculations
  • Solid understanding of data modeling concepts (star/snowflake schemas, fact/dimension design, semantic layers)
  • Experience working with cloud data warehouses (Google BigQuery preferred; Snowflake, Redshift, or Databricks also valued)
  • Advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, advanced formulas, Power Query)
  • Familiarity with Salesforce data structures and reporting is a strong plus
  • Exposure to Python or R for data analysis, and version control (Git) is a plus
  • Data storytelling and visualization skills, with the ability to translate analyses into clear executive-ready narratives
  • Acute attention to detail, process-oriented mindset, and a customer-centric, can-do attitude
  • Ability to manage concurrent projects, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet tight timelines
  • Strong initiative and confidence to drive projects to completion with limited supervision
Requirements:
  • BA/BS degree in a quantitative or technical field (e.g., Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline)
  • 2-5 years of experience in a reporting, analytics, or BI-focused role, ideally supporting Sales, GTM, or Revenue Operations
  • Proven track record of delivering BI and analytics projects
  • Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally with business stakeholders to translate needs into reliable, scalable analytics solutions
  • Ability to work effectively with AI‑assisted tools while applying sound professional judgement and accountability for outputs.
  • Demonstrable experience using AI‑enabled tools as part of day‑to‑day work activities to improve efficiency, quality, or decision‑making
