Role Summary:
Reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations, the Revenue Operations Manager will serve as a strategic partner to Revenue Leadership, driving data-informed decisions and operational excellence. This role is responsible for delivering actionable insights through advanced analytics, scalable reporting, and AI-driven initiatives that enhance forecasting, pipeline management, and overall revenue performance. Acting as a subject matter expert in data strategy and automation, the position will consolidate and analyze data across multiple systems, develop dashboards and reporting solutions using Salesforce, Power BI, and Excel, and collaborate closely with leaders to optimize processes and enable growth.

Role Responsibilities:
- Champion data-driven decision-making by delivering timely, reliable insights and scalable analytics solutions for the CRO organization.
- Consolidate and manage data from multiple systems to enable comprehensive revenue performance analysis across the customer lifecycle.
- Analyze large, complex datasets to uncover trends and provide actionable insights that inform strategies for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- Identify and implement automation solutions to streamline reporting and analysis, reducing manual effort and improving efficiency.
- Build and maintain scalable dashboards and reports using Salesforce, Power BI, and Excel to ensure visibility into performance metrics.
- Define and track key metrics aligned with CRO priorities as part of the Magnet Analytics program.
- Recommend and implement improvements to data infrastructure, reporting processes, and RevOps systems to maintain high data quality and accessibility.
- Partner with Regional RevOps Managers and Sales leaders to deliver customized insights and reporting that drive strategic initiatives.
- Explore and lead AI-driven experiments to enhance forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and sales cycle management, introducing efficiencies and time-saving solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business (MBA, Accounting, or Finance designation is considered an asset)
- Minimum 5 years of relevant business experience, within high-growth tech companies
- Strong people leader, with an ability to lead and influence across all levels of an organization
- Experienced in designing and implementing business plans, reporting and measurement and analysis
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to independently manage deadlines and handle multiple competing priorities
- Strong in the use of all Microsoft Office applications, especially MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience with Salesforce.com

Compensation & Benefits:
The Compensation range is for the primary location for which the job is posted. Please note that the actual compensation may vary depending on location and job-related factors such as qualifications, experience, knowledge and skills. If the compensation structure for the role includes an incentive component (i.e. most Sales roles) the range below represents total target compensation (TTC) (base salary + variable).
Compensation Range:
$95,000 - $142,000 - Currency: CAD
