The Revenue Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting and optimizing the GTM strategy. This role will be instrumental in streamlining processes, managing tools, and delivering data-driven insights that enhance team performance and drive revenue growth. In addition, you will work closely with cross-functional teams such as finance, client success, and sales to ensure seamless execution of GTM processes and alignment with broader business goals.

What you’ll do:

Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Lead comprehensive reporting and analysis initiatives to deliver actionable insights that empower the GTM teams and executive leadership in strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare and maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, ensuring alignment with organizational KPIs and presenting insights on performance and potential risks and pitfalls.
  • Scope, design, and implement new reporting assets and dashboards, championing their adoption among the GTM teams and leadership.
  • Deliver key metrics and associated data models to enable accurate forecasting

Process & Operations Optimization

  • Design and implement processes leveraging GTM technologies to increase efficiencies and provide better cross-functional collaboration across GTM teams
  • Identify inefficiencies in GTM processes and develop solutions to optimize performance.

Systems & Tools Optimization

  • Support the procurement,  implementation and management of GTM systems and tools to enhance team productivity and scalability.
  • Train teams on effective use of marketing technology and ensure smooth adoption across the organization.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews, ensuring clear communication and alignment between marketing functional teams and the overarching business strategy
  • Enhance cross-functional collaboration between Sales, Marketing, and Client Success to maximize efficiency and revenue generation.

Strategic Initiatives and Change Management

  • Support the VP, GTM Operations during the annual planning cycle with critical analysis and insights, leading the execution of new initiatives and improvement projects
  • Play a pivotal role in critical organizational changes, ensuring the GTM functions scale effectively

What you’ll bring:

  • 5-7 years of experience in Revenue Operations or related roles
  • Proficiency in CRM and Marketing Automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo), with experience in system implementation and optimization.
  • Strong skills in data analysis and visualization (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Excel), with the ability to create actionable strategies from complex datasets.
  • Proven ability to design and manage scalable marketing operations processes aligned with organizational goals.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills to influence cross-functional teams and leadership.
