About the Role: Revenue Operations Systems Manager

As a Revenue Operations Systems Manager, you will be pivotal in optimizing, maintaining, and integrating Plooto’s tech stack to drive seamless, efficient revenue operations. You'll manage and support the systems central to our growth and customer experience, including Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Data Cloud, HubSpot, and other critical platforms. Working cross-functionally with Business Intelligence & Analytics, Data, Revenue, Marketing, and Risk & Compliance teams, you'll ensure that our revenue operations tech stack not only aligns with strategic goals but also scales with our business.

Ideal candidates have a proven background in managing complex revenue systems and collaborating across teams in fast-paced SaaS environments. You’ll be the technical expert behind our growth engine, using your knowledge to optimize system performance and deliver key insights that drive Plooto’s success.

This role is eligible for Canada applicants only.

What You’ll Do:

System Management and Optimization:

  • Oversee and optimize key platforms, including Salesforce Sales Cloud, Data Cloud, HubSpot, and more to support revenue operations.
  • Ensure systems are effectively configured to meet business needs, identifying opportunities for customization, integration, and automation.
  • Partner with the Business Intelligence and Analytics (BI&A) and the Data team to ensure data accuracy and relevance across all systems.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Act as a primary point of contact between Revenue Operations and departments such as BI&A, Data, Marketing, Risk & Compliance, and all revenue-facing teams.
  • Facilitate communication and system alignment across Sales, Customer Success, Enterprise Partnerships, and Customer Experience teams.
  • Provide regular insights and training to drive system adoption and engagement across functions.

Process Improvement:

  • Continuously assess and improve system processes to enhance user experience, reduce manual work, and increase operational efficiency.
  • Drive implementation of best practices in systems usage, data governance, and compliance.

Your Background:

You are a systems expert with a knack for creating and maintaining a streamlined, data-driven tech stack. You have:

  • 5+ years of experience managing and optimizing revenue operations systems, ideally in SaaS or financial services.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Data Cloud, with working knowledge of tools like HubSpot, Aircall, LeanData, and QuotaPath.
  • Strong project management skills and a self-starter
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, with a history of working closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams.
  • A strategic mindset with a hands-on approach, ready to dive deep into problem-solving and systems improvement.
