  • Managing client relationships and acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical data teams.

  • Understanding key metrics and KPIs across the business, to ensure data infrastructure supports those metrics.

  • Helping define data source strategies, define systems of truth / master.

  • Supporting integration design and strategy in service of best in class data.

  • Informing foundational data principles and best practice that unlocks the potential of AI.

What’s in it for you?
  • Flexible working environment: our entire team works remotely, and we have no plans to change this!

  • Tiered incentive program (in addition to base salary) to reward high performers.

  • Gain exposure to multiple high-growth companies looking to scale and invest in a RevOps data foundation.

  • Be a part of a dynamic team and collaborate with top industry professionals. Many of our alumni have gone on to become leaders and executives at high-growth companies!

  • Annual camp: we have a yearly offsite to bring the team together, celebrate our successes, and plan the year.

  • Dedicated to employee development and career paths aimed at fostering your growth and your career.

  • 100% paid premiums for US employees’ insurance coverage.

About You
  • You have 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Intelligence, or Data Strategy within B2B SaaS.

  • You have experience designing and building data architectures across systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, Snowflake, Redshift, Segment, and CDPs.

  • You’ve helped scale reporting or analytics functions and understand how to build for clarity and scalability.

  • Serious organization and project management skills.

  • You’re a strong communicator who can translate between business needs and technical implementation.

  • You have strong SQL skills, and experience with dbt is a major plus.

  • Experience with Salesforce reporting and data model customization is a bonus.
