How you will contribute
You will:
- Report to the S4H PG BTC MDS Lead.
- Act as the SAP S4H global technical owner for Bill to Cash, in collaboration with business leads, implementation partners in the frame of the S4H OTC Global Design.
- Support the regional Fit-Gap workshops, associated deliverables (e.g. PFL, BRD, etc.) and identify and assess enhancement requirements (KDDs).
- Hands-on act as the global technical owner for BTC process on the different phases of the project (fit & gap, design, build, testing, cutover, hypercare, etc.), engaging directly with business teams.
- Work in close collaboration with the role key stakeholders: S4H BTC Business Lead, OTC Data Governance Lead, S4H BTC Accenture Leads/SMEs, S4H Regional BTC Business and MDS Leads/SMEs, Global OTC PMO, among others.
- In partnership with SAP COP, act as Technical Design Authority Board
- Support and participate actively in fit & gap design workshops, support key decisions and technical solution proposals, in alignment with Business and Accenture teams.
- Support identification of impacts on strategic non-SAP BTC systems, with the ability to navigate across SAP tables, fields, and data structures.
- Collaborate to the design WRICEF, HLD and functional specifications and to the transition to technical development team.
- Prepare and present design artifacts to governance boards and stakeholders, with clear traceability and business relevance.
- Review and sign-off the functional technical specification (FTSs), securing achievement of business requirements
- Sign-off functional unit testing (FUT) and Accenture system testing, supporting issue resolution, risk analysis, and mitigation plans in your scope.
- Follow up and chase actions across teams to ensure progress and accountability, reporting blockers early and transparently.

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Order to Cash/Bill to Cash, including system deployment across multiple countries, within a region or across regions.
- Robust technical proficiency in SAP S4H: able to navigate transactions (especially in the SAP CCM, FSCM, AR modules), tables, and data structures independently.
- Proven track record in driving project execution, not only participation - including testing, requirements and process documentation, and problem-solving.
- Strong analytical mindset with capability to design/improve processes, think critically, and propose fit-for-purpose solutions.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work in complex matrix environments and across cultures.
- A business and process mindset with a desire to understand and harmonize our system landscape through hands-on partnership with 3rd parties on development.
