This role will oversee the delivery and testing of S4 and o9 Data & Analytics solutions across the NA region. This role ensures successful project execution, manages delivery and testing teams, and maintains high standards of quality and efficiency.
The role is responsible for executing and testing reporting in o9 and data enablement in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) for Self-Service analytics in Power BI, as well as remediating the impact of the S/4HANA transformation on analytical applications such as Tableau, Power BI, and BEx queries. It requires business requirements translation into technical solutions, facilitating smooth communication and collaboration across departments. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive experience with SAP S/4HANA, O9, GCP, and Power BI, and a proven track record in project management and software testing.
* This role can be 100% remote but must be able to travel to our East Hanover, New Jersey office up to 30%.
Job Responsibilities• Lead and manage regional delivery and testing teams to ensure successful implementation and testing of S4 and o9 Data & Analytics solutions.• Collaborate with NA stakeholders to ensure alignment with NA business objectives and timelines.• Follow project plans, schedules, and budgets.• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including risk logs, and post-project reviews.• Coordinate with NA stakeholders to define project deliverables, testing requirements and test cases.• Monitor project and testing progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.• Operate through program defined Ways of Working and operating model, driving effectiveness and structure.• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for delivery and testing.• Provide regular updates and reports to NA and Global leaders.• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the delivery and testing teams.• Collaborate with architects and partners to ensure the technical design appropriately addresses the regional scope.• Develop and implement test strategies, plans, and test cases for S4 and o9 project deliverables.• Coordinate and manage testing activities, including cutover, test execution, defect tracking, and reporting.• Identify, document, and track defects and issues, ensuring timely resolution.• Oversee Reporting in o9 and data enablement in GCP for Self-Service analytics in Power BI.• Remediate the impact of the S/4HANA transformation on analytical applications, including Tableau, Power BI, and BEx queries.• Work with data engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to ensure data quality and accessibility.
How you will contribute
Project Leadership:• Lead Delivery & Test activities within S4o9 transformation program, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
Stakeholder Management:• Act as the primary liaison between Regional functional teams and Global business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements.
Team Management:• Build and lead a high-performing team of data and analytics professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
Reporting:• Establish and maintain governance frameworks and reporting mechanisms to ensure transparency and accountability on NA Data & Analytics deliverables throughout the S4o9 transformation process.
Risk Management:
Identify and mitigate risks associated with the transformation project, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
What you will bring

Experience:• 8+ years of experience in IT, and project management with at least 3 years in a leadership role. 3+ years of experience in data analytics and business intelligence, within IT or business function. SAP ECC to S4 experience and/or supply chain planning experience good to have.
Education:• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
Leadership Skills:• Proven ability to lead large-scale projects and manage cross-functional teams in a global environment. Experience in transformation projects is a plus.
Technical Skills:• Familiarity with data warehousing, ETL processes, and BI tools. Experience with SAP systems is a strong plus.
Communication Skills:• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Fluent English.
Travel:• Travel up to 30%.
The base salary range for this position is $95,100.00-$130,800.00; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
