Their platform supports businesses across retail, services, and online-first brands by simplifying customer interactions, automating sales workflows, and enhancing e-commerce performance.
They are expanding our sales engine and seeking a high-performing Sales Account Executive who excels at identifying opportunities, initiating contact, and securing high-quality sales meetings with decision-makers. While you will be assisted in closing the sales, this role is essential in driving pipeline growth and enabling business expansion.
Role Overview
The Sales Account Executive is primarily responsible for driving outbound sales activity, generating qualified leads, and booking meetings with decision-makers within medium and large businesses. The role focuses on pipeline creation, prospecting, and meetings, with closing supported by the co-founders.
Success in this role depends on your ability to conduct structured outreach, communicate value, build interest, and ensure a steady flow of strong opportunities into the sales pipeline. You will play a critical role in fueling our partner's growth engine.
What you will do:
Key responsibilities
You will actively identify, research, and prospect medium and large businesses across retail, e-commerce and service-driven industries.
You will reach out to decision-makers via email, calls, and other engagement channels to introduce our partner and secure meetings.
You will qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns, webinars, and content.
You will structure and manage a disciplined multi-touch outreach process using internal CRM tools.
You will set up 10–15 qualified sales meetings per month, ramping up to 15–20.
You will prepare and share introductory proposals using internal templates.
You will hand over qualified prospects to the CEO for demos, technical conversations, and closing.
You will occasionally attend select meetings with the CEO to support discovery or relationship building.
You will maintain clean, consistent data hygiene in CRM and all outreach tools.
You will collaborate closely with Marketing on lead quality, messaging, and pipeline segmentation.
You will support industry and market research to refine target lists and prospect priorities.
You will be expected to generate consistent subscription-based monthly revenue to drive business operations.
You will represent our partner with confidence and professionalism.
Requirements
About you:
Must haves
You have 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS, digital solutions, or technology.
You have experience selling to or working with retail, e-commerce, or online sellers.
You are a strong prospector who is comfortable initiating conversations with senior decision-makers.
You are highly organized, structured, and consistent in follow-up.
You are self-driven and do not require micromanagement to perform.
You communicate confidently and handle professional conversations with medium and large organizations.
You understand digital tools and can communicate value clearly.
You are hungry, energetic, and motivated by targets and commissions.
You have strong experience conducting demos and guiding customers through structured buying decisions.
You demonstrate excellent understanding of sales processes, including prospecting, follow-up, nurturing, and closing.
You are proficient in CRM tools and pipeline management.
You communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally with customers.
You are highly proactive, self-driven, and comfortable with high daily activity targets.
Nice to have
You have experience targeting medium or enterprise-level companies.
Strong networks across medium to large online retailers and a proven ability to close B2B e-commerce partnerships.
You have experience in SaaS, digital solutions, automation, or customer engagement tools.
You have exposure to workflow automation or conversational AI (not mandatory).
You have worked with short sales cycles (e.g., 7-day to 4-week cycles).
You bring experience in value-based or consultative selling.
You demonstrate strong presentation, negotiation, and organizational skills.
You have exposure to cross-functional collaboration with product or marketing teams.
You are resilient, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced growth environment.
