We’re growing quickly and looking for a Sales Account Manager to help drive adoption and build lasting relationships across Western Canada.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of professional experience and a natural curiosity that drives them to learn, ask meaningful questions, and uncover new opportunities. You’re someone who enjoys connecting with people, starting conversations, and creating long-term partnerships.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Located in Calgary, AB.
  • Contribute to a kick ass team and a rapidly expanding product, “EVA”.
  • Represent our software solutions to oil and gas operators across Western Canada.
  • Engage prospects and clients through conversations that uncover technical needs and demonstrate value.
  • Deliver results on tight deadlines in a fast-moving startup environment.
  • Work conference booths and industry events to build connections with existing customers and generate leads.
  • Adapt to a flexible schedule as needed for client meetings, events, and travel.
  • Ensure clients and prospects have a smooth, consistent, and positive experience with EVA from introduction to active use of the product.
  • Quickly learn and communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences.

You Are:

  • A graduate with a relevant Bachelor’s degree and/or have 5+ years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
  • Incurably curious and excited to learn the craft of complex technical sales.
  • A self-starter with a strong work ethic who consistently delivers results and performs at a high level.
  • Thrive both independently and in collaborative team settings.
  • Personable, outgoing, and great at making conversation.
  • Organized with solid project management skills.
  • Experienced in the oil and gas industry and comfortable speaking the language of operators and engineers.
  • Confident working at conferences and client-facing events where relationships are built.
  • Quick to grasp technical concepts and translate them into meaningful value for customers.
  • At ease working in cross-functional teams alongside Sales, Engineering, Data, and Product colleagues.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Prior sales experience is nice to have but not a requirement.
  • Prior experience using EVA.
  • Background in reservoir, development, or exploitation engineering.
  • Customer care or account management experience.
  • A strong professional network in Canadian oil and gas.
