As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll be on the front lines of our go-to-market strategy, helping build a healthy pipeline and partnering closely with Account Executives to unlock new business. You’ll develop core sales skills, work cross-functionally with marketing and RevOps, and play a key role in scaling our revenue engine. You’ll report to the SDR Manager and work alongside an ambitious team committed to growth and learning.

What You Will Accomplish:

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through targeted outbound outreach
  • Research and create prospect lists using modern sales tools and techniques
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to strategically break into key accounts
  • Drive pipeline growth through multi-channel outreach including emails, calls, and social
  • Set discovery meetings with decision-makers and buyers across law firms and legal service providers
  • Apply active listening to understand prospect needs and clearly articulate Eve’s value
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date information in HubSpot CRM
  • Hit or exceed weekly/monthly targets for outreach activity, meetings booked, and qualified opportunities
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing and RevOps to optimize outreach and lead generation strategies

What We Are Looking For:

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field (B2B SaaS experience preferred)
  • A consistent track record of meeting or exceeding outreach and pipeline targets
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and organization—you manage your CRM hygiene like a pro
  • A learning mindset with the ability to absorb feedback and iterate quickly
  • Experience with tools like HubSpot, Outreach, Apollo, or similar
  • Grit and resilience—you’re energized by challenges, not discouraged
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-evolving startup environment
