We're looking for a strong candidate to join our SDR team. This person should be flexible with change, comfortable in a fast-paced SaaS environment, and eager to advance their career in sales.

As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be reporting to our Director of Sales within the sales organization, working in conjunction with the sales and marketing teams to discover, develop, and deliver qualified prospects/opportunities to the Account Executive Team.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Utilize sales tools to research contacts (leads) and accounts for effective outbound prospecting.

  • Conduct qualification conversations with prospects within Ideal Customer Profile accounts.

  • Utilize active listening skills to uncover prospects' needs and business problems to effectively communicate how our SaaS Field Inspections Management platform can help.

  • Set up our AE team with qualified meetings and opportunities.

  • Strategize with AEs to identify ideal company targets and contacts.

  • Hit your targets/KPIs.

Requirements
  • 1-2 years of relevant sales experience within a tech company (SaaS preferably) - will accept less for the right candidate.

  • Strong English written and verbal skills - able to effectively communicate with new people each time.

  • Time management and organizational skills.

  • Remote-based setting.

  • Goal-Oriented - proven track record of hitting and exceeding quotas/metrics.

  • Strong understanding of CRM (Salesforce).

  • Ability to navigate sales systems and tools (Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoominfo, Gong).

  • Coachable, always willing to learn and get better in sales.
