That's where you come in: we're hiring a Sales Development Representative to execute and optimize the outbound playbook to extend the reach of our Done For You offering.

About the role

We’re looking for an SDR to help shape our outbound motion. This is a rare opportunity to join early, work directly with the founders, and have a visible impact on the Blaze, the future of autonomous marketing.

You’ll be joining at the precipice of scale — right as inbound demand, product maturity, and brand momentum are converging. The foundation is built, inbound traction is high, and now we’re ready to turn that momentum into predictable outbound revenue.

This isn't your average SDR role:

Specifically you'll:
  • Own outbound lead generation — qualifying high intent customers at scale.

  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline, experimenting where it makes sense.

  • Partner directly with our COO and Head of Sales on targeting and positioning.

  • Work closely with our Growth team to refine messaging and surface patterns from the field.

  • Develop a repeatable lead generation process — how we qualify and reach customers.

  • 2+ years of outbound SDR or BDR experience in advertising or digital agency sales with a track record of exceeding quota.

  • Consistent, proven track record of building client relationships through sales funnel.

  • A builder’s mindset — comfortable creating process where there isn’t one yet.

  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills — you can connect the dots between product and impact.

  • Data-minded and comfortable experimenting to find what works.

Skills that make you extraordinary:
  • Resourceful and adaptable. You're comfortable building and iterating sales processes from scratch, being proactive, and result-oriented.

  • Strong understanding of marketing, content, or creative SaaS products and how they drive customer outcomes.

  • Takes ownership end-to-end. You can design and execute outbound campaigns, including prospecting, outreach, and follow-ups.

  • Analytical mindset. You can track metrics, interpret patterns, and optimize strategies.

  • Excellent communication and storytelling. You're able to clearly articulate value and simplify complex ideas.
