We are looking for an Inbound SDR Sales Team Lead with a proven track record of in a SaaS Sales Development function. You’ll be leading a team of Inbound SDRs tasked with responding to inbound inquiries, qualifying prospects and setting up opportunities for the sales team. This is a player coach role meaning this person is also responsible to carry their own individual quota while also leading the Inbound SDRs.
What you’ll do:
- Manage a team of Inbound SDRs.
- Manage daily and weekly activities, pipelines and forecasts to ensure above-quota results for yourself and the inbound SDR team.
- Responsible for onboarding, training, coaching, and managing new SDR team members in partnership with SDR Leadership
- Monitoring key metrics to analyze and improve the efficiency of the inbound SDR processes
- Support the creation of inbound messaging, workflows and strategy.
- Work closely with SDR Leadership and Marketing on inbound campaigns and strategy. Manage a strong feedback loop between these teams.
- Perform inbound SDR responsibilities as lead SDR
- Ensure the quick response to inbound calls, chats, emails and responding to contact forms to qualify relevant prospects that could benefit from using Drata
- Ensure thorough follow up on leads.
- Utilize your active listening skills to understand and uncover customer needs and business problems to effectively communicate how Drata can solve them
- Achieving, and exceeding, weekly/monthly metrics (meetings, qualified opportunities, etc.)
- Responsible for accurately tracking customer interactions and information in our CRM, Salesforce
- Thrive on change while remaining highly organized, optimistic, and coachable
What you’ll bring:
- 3-5 years of experience in a sales development associate or inside sales role; sales experience in the SaaS space is a plus. This role will receive a competitive base salary, variable compensation, benefits, and stock, typically in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). The expected range of On-Target Earnings for this role is $119,000 - $147,000, subject to change.
