About the Role

As the founding Sales Enablement Manager, you’ll play an integral role in developing and maintaining the sales enablement program for our growing sales team. You’ll be responsible for creating and maintaining collateral for the sales team, developing and executing onboarding and training programs, and improving ramp time for new reps. You will work closely with sales leadership, RevOps, and cross-functional teams throughout the organization to ensure our reps have the tools they need to achieve their goals. 

You will report to the Senior Manager, Revenue Operations and can be based remotely in the greater San Francisco, Seattle, or Miami area, OR hybrid (Tuesdays & Thursdays in-office) from our NYC headquarters.  

What You’ll Do

  • Develop a structured onboarding program for new sales reps, ensuring they are equipped with a thorough understanding of tools, product features, and engagement strategies
  • Design and facilitate ongoing  training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of our sales team
  • Develop self-service training materials and resources for sales representatives to continue their learning and development independently
  • Work with Product, Product Marketing, and Customer Support to stay up to date on product updates, industry trends, and customer feedback, and communicate insights to the sales team
  • Track the effectiveness of enablement initiatives through key metrics like training completion, ramp-up time, and more

What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years in sales enablement, sales, or client success roles, preferably in a high-growth SaaS environment
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies, with the ability to develop and deliver effective training programs tailored to diverse audiences
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner
  • Demonstrated ability to build foundational B2B SaaS learning programs

The starting base salary for this role in New York, California, and Washington is between $125,000-$150,000 + target equity + benefits. The base salary offered is dependent upon many factors including skills, experience, location, and education. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
