Compensation: $70,000 - $100,000 per year

As a Non-Prime Finance Manager, you’ll receive hands-on training that covers every aspect of dealership operations, setting you on the path to leadership. Here’s what you’ll master:

  • Client Acquisition & Lead Generation: Learn how to attract and retain customers using our top-tier lead generation tools.
  • Vehicle Acquisition: Select from over 1,000 vehicles to meet client needs and manage inventory.
  • Finance Management: Structure and secure financing deals by working directly with financial institutions.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory to ensure optimal vehicle selection and availability.
  • Payroll Management: Gain experience managing commission, bonuses, and salaries for employees.
  • Compliance & Lender Relations: Ensure all financial and legal requirements are met while maintaining strong lender relationships.
  • Employee Recruitment & Management: Recruit, manage, and lead your own team.
  • ESA Compliance: Ensure adherence to the Employment Standards Act (ESA) for smooth operations.
