As a Non-Prime Finance Manager, you’ll receive hands-on training that covers every aspect of dealership operations, setting you on the path to leadership. Here’s what you’ll master:
- Client Acquisition & Lead Generation: Learn how to attract and retain customers using our top-tier lead generation tools.
- Vehicle Acquisition: Select from over 1,000 vehicles to meet client needs and manage inventory.
- Finance Management: Structure and secure financing deals by working directly with financial institutions.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory to ensure optimal vehicle selection and availability.
- Payroll Management: Gain experience managing commission, bonuses, and salaries for employees.
- Compliance & Lender Relations: Ensure all financial and legal requirements are met while maintaining strong lender relationships.
- Employee Recruitment & Management: Recruit, manage, and lead your own team.
- ESA Compliance: Ensure adherence to the Employment Standards Act (ESA) for smooth operations.
