  • Collaborate with business leaders across functions, geographies, and market segments to understand the practical training needs and regional nuances.
  • Adapt an onboarding program that reflects regional sales practices and market dynamics.
  • Facilitate an effective feedback loop that allows continuity of onboarding refinement and delivery.
Training Framework Collaboration
  • Work closely with the Head of Training & Development, and Director, Global Onboarding & Integration to co-develop the structural framework of training modules.
  • Ensure the framework supports role-specific onboarding paths and global scalability.
  • Coordinate with subject matter experts and current employees to validate content relevance and accuracy.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to navigate and leverage large-scale content databases and knowledge libraries.
  • Strong sales sensibility with the ability to identify and position high-impact resources for training use.
  • Good understanding of sales processes, enablement strategies, and onboarding best practices would be an advantage.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
