The Sales Manager will drive sales and support existing customers in the BXP market, manage the sales cycle, and align team strategies.
This is a remote position based in Florida or the surrounding states.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Selling to and supporting existing Calix customers in the diverse BXP market in Florida.
- Driving new opportunities within the prospects in the BXP market in FL.
- Work within our sales team structure with solutions engineers and overlay solutions specialists to develop the strategy for the overall territory account team to support existing customers while also targeting new prospects in the region.
- Managing the complete and complex sales-cycle.
- Calix is looking for a person that is able to drive alignment with internal team members within the territory and build a strategy to increase market share and revenue while blocking competition.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience of quota carrying technology sales and account management experience.
- In depth understanding of Broadband Service Provider (BSP) industry and business.
- Track record of over-achieving quota (top 10-20% of company) in past positions.
- Comfortable and compelling both on the phone, in the boardroom, and on video.
- Consistent earnings history representative of plan over-achievement.
- Candidates must be competitive, cooperative, collaborative and work well with both internal and external customers.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
Desired Experience:
- In-depth technical understanding of Broadband Experience Provider networking, business and industry
- Experience selling into Broadband Service Provider customers.
- Bachelor or University Degree strongly preferred.
- Regional travel is required, approximately 50%-75%.

The base pay range for this position varies based on the geographic location. Individual pay is determined based on location of residence and multiple factors, including job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
