About your role:
The Sales Manager is responsible for leading a high-performing team of approximately 10 Inside Sales Representatives, driving revenue growth, pipeline development, and overall sales performance. This is a hands-on player-coach role that combines frontline leadership with active involvement in sales strategy and execution. The successful candidate will recruit, coach, mentor, and develop team members while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include sales forecasting, pipeline management, performance coaching, KPI management, and ensuring the team consistently achieves or exceeds revenue and growth objectives.

Our growth has become unparalleled, and we are further expanding our team and in search of a dynamic Sales Manager who can help us own and grow the Canadian market. This position is responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, as well as some of our regional partnerships.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead, manage, and develop a team of Inside Sales Representatives to achieve pipeline, revenue, and performance goals.
  • Drive sales execution through coaching, deal inspection, pipeline reviews, and forecast management.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new team members to strengthen team capability and support growth objectives.
  • Monitor key sales performance indicators, analyze results, and implement actions to improve productivity and conversion.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align sales activities with business priorities, campaign execution, and client needs.
  • Maintain operational discipline across CRM usage, opportunity management, and reporting accuracy.

Experience you'll need to have:

  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of relationship management experience.
  • 3+ years of experience working within fintech, merchant services, Point-of-Sales or Software sales is required.
  • Post-Secondary Education

Experience that would be great to have:

  • Demonstrated ability to coach and develop sales representatives in a high-volume performance environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for sales conversations, team coaching, and business updates.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Interest in sales technology and experience adopting tools that improve team productivity and sales execution.
  • Competitive approach with a consistent focus on achieving team goals and performance targets.

How you'll work:

  • This role is on-site Monday through Thursday (WFH, Fridays). Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
  • This role requires the use of a computer and audio equipment.

Salary Range:

$55,000.00-$80,000.00
