Description

Looking for a job that pays well, teaches valuable skills, and gets you out of the office?

At Puulse Marketing, we believe work should be exciting, not boring. We partner with top-tier brands like Bell Canada to bring unbeatable services to homes across the country, and we’re looking for outgoing, driven individuals to join us on this mission.

Here’s What a Typical Day Looks Like:

You meet your team in the morning for a motivational huddle. You review the latest promotions, share wins from the day before, and head out to meet customers. You’re knocking on doors, having conversations, answering questions, and helping people find the best internet or mobile plan for their needs. Along the way, you’re gaining confidence, learning how to sell, and earning more than you thought possible.

Your Day-to-Day Includes:

  • Interacting with customers face-to-face
  • Sharing the value of Bell Canada’s services (Internet, TV, Mobile)
  • Building trust and rapport with potential customers
  • Logging activity and updating leads
  • Working as part of a supportive, tight-knit team

You’d Be a Great Fit If You:

  • Love talking to people
  • Are comfortable working outside or on your feet
  • Want to learn new skills that look great on a resume
  • Want to earn more than minimum wage (a LOT more!)
  • Are available full-time and are reliable
  • You are NOT a student, because we need full-time, consistent hours

We Offer:

  • Hourly base pay of $20/hour + unlimited commissions (no cap!)
  • Full paid training (sales experience NOT required)
  • Health and dental benefits after 6 months
  • Weekly bonuses, contests, and career advancement
  • A fun, supportive team culture
  • Travel opportunities across Canada & beyond

Make no mistake that this job is not easy, and will take your energy, resilience, and a great attitude to succeed. But if you’re willing to put in the work, the payoff is worth it. Our top agents are earning over $15,000 a month, and they started exactly where you are now. With the right mindset and support from our team, your goals are within reach.

This role might not be for you if you need constant supervision, avoid challenges, or struggle with rejection. If you’re not interested in learning, growing, or working toward goals, you likely won’t reach your full potential here. But if you come in with the right attitude and an open mind, you’ll be stepping into an opportunity that can earn you upwards of $20,000 a month, and change what you thought was possible for your future.

This is more than just a job, it’s a launchpad. Join a team that champions ambition, invests in your growth, and turns top performers into future leaders.

Apply now and come see what we are all about!

What you need to know about the Ottawa Tech Scene

The capital city of Canada and the nation's fourth-largest urban area, Ottawa has proven a rapidly growing global tech hub. With over 1,800 tech companies, many of which are leaders in their sectors, the city's tech talent now makes up more than 13 percent of its total workforce. This growth is driven not only by the big players like UL Solutions and Dropbox, but also by a thriving startup ecosystem, as new businesses emerge to follow in the footsteps of those that came before them.
