What You'll Bring:

  • 3+ years of experience in a Sales or Sales Support role; with exposure to engagement with multiple levels of the buying organization.
  • The ability to articulate sophisticated messaging around our solutions, analytics, industry trends, and TransUnion's value proposition.
  • The embodiment of trust while managing complex relationships with executive-level buyers and influencers in the Financial Services sector.
  • The enthusiasm to successfully navigate a matrixed environment; facilitating teamwork with various internal stakeholders to best serve our customers' interests.
  • Credit risk, banking, marketing analytics and/or related industry expertise.
  • Demonstrated project management and time management skills.
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft applications (MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Intermediate to advance experience with additional applications including Adobe Acrobat, Teams, SharePoint, etc.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com is preferred.
  • French proficiency is an asset.
  • The incumbent must provide own transportation for local travel.

Impact You'll Make:

TransUnion Canada is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Success Specialist to join our successful Sales organization. As a Sales Success Specialist, you are an integral member of our Sales Account teams, working closely with our Sales Executives to formulate and execute winning Sales strategies. You will interact closely with our customers, building strong relationships to develop new business and grow existing portfolios. Working in tandem with our Operational teams, you will provide direction on the execution of client requests pre- and post-sales.

Revenue Growth

  • Create and maintain pre-sales customer activity logs and reporting, to evaluate and analyze accounts for cross selling and up selling opportunities.
  • Attend and support customer deal structuring meetings to support land and expand Sales strategies.
  • Support revenue objectives through the acquisition of net new and growth of your team’s existing customer portfolio, by marketing appropriate TransUnion products and services.
  • Develop creative solutions that best enhance and match the customer’s needs, to drive effective deal closure and speed to revenue.
  • Participate in new business development activities, including cold calling and prospecting.
  • In tandem with the Account Team, support CRM Sales activities including Opportunity lifecycle management (pipeline accuracy), Account Planning profiling (maintain People.ai), manage and communicate dashboard and reporting information to drive strategic insights.
  • Support the RFP and/or contract renewal process as required.

Customer Engagement and Relationship Management

  • Coordinate content and support delivery of Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews.
  • Track all pre-sales customer activities and conversations. Implement regular cadence with the Sales Account teams to ensure alignment of customer’s needs and next steps.
  • In tandem with the Account Team, support CRM hygiene activities including Account and Contact data governance.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
