Synopsis of the role

As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you would analyze business processes, gather requirements, be involved in the design and configuration of Salesforce solutions, and manage projects.

‍You will also be required to work closely with business stakeholders and other members of the team. You would be expected to have knowledge about integrating Salesforce solutions with other enterprise cloud technology systems and meet other business requirements.

Develop training materials to help end-users understand and efficiently use new systems - which ultimately leads to higher adoption rates and creates stickiness within the platforms being used.

What you’ll do

  • Collaborate with multiple levels of the sales, marketing, finance and operations organizations to understand current business issues and pain points. 
  • Identify opportunities to leverage the Salesforce platform to address pain points and drive business value.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand current business processes, identify gaps between current processes and enterprise process, define solutions to address gaps, document user stories and business requirements and associated business value.
  • Support prioritization of user stories across multiple business processes and stakeholders.
  • Design and implement business solutions to satisfy functional and non-functional requirements while ensuring quality, scalability and timely delivery.
  • Create and maintain project deliverables to ensure business processes, use cases, business requirements, functional designs, test plans, etc. are thoroughly and consistently documented using standard templates and centralized repository
  • Assist in designing the data and solution architecture to support business processes
  • Collaborate with Process Owner/Architect, Admins and IT partners on complex technical solutions
  • Document acceptance criteria and testing requirements for positive, negative and regression testing for user stories.
  • Support QA Leader to execute testing activities for use cases, including defect resolution (tracking, triage, resolve, re-test)
  • Provide content for end user training design, documentation and delivery efforts

What experience you need

  • Business Analysis & document requirements: 5-6 yrs

  • Salesforce (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Service): 2-3 yrs

  • System Testing - Scripts / Test Cases / UAT

  • Agile Methodology

  • Process & GAP analysis

  • JIRA, Lucid Chart, Aha! (or similar tech)

  • Training content & materials development (QRGs, FAQs)

What could set you apart

  • Salesforce Business Analyst Certification

  • Business Systems Analyst Certification

  • Develop technical and functional requirements

  • Experience in communicating with Business stakeholders, end users, and IT

  • Experience with and/or expertise in Agile methodologies

  • Google Workspace (Sheets, Doc, Slides, etc.)
