Job Overview

We are seeking a Salesforce Data Cloud Senior Executive to support the implementation and ongoing management of data-driven initiatives within the Salesforce ecosystem. This role focuses on executing data workflows, enabling audience segmentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer insights and engagement.

Role Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation and ongoing management of Salesforce Data Cloud
  • Integrate data from multiple sources into the platform (CRM, digital channels, third-party systems)
  • Execute and optimize audience segmentation for marketing and business use cases
  • Monitor data pipelines, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data accuracy and consistency
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and technical teams to translate business needs into data use cases
  • Maintain and enhance data models, calculated insights, and reporting structures
  • Ensure adherence to data governance and privacy standards
  • Develop reports and dashboards to support business decisions

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience working with Salesforce or related technologies
  • Hands-on experience or strong exposure to Salesforce Data Cloud or similar CDP tools
  • Solid understanding of data management concepts (ETL processes, data modeling)
  • Proficiency in SQL or similar querying languages
  • Experience with data integration techniques and APIs
  • Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
