The Salesforce Developer will design and implement CPQ solutions, customize workflows, ensure integration with other business applications, and support troubleshooting efforts, focusing on Dropbox's quote-to-cash process.
Role Description
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with a focus on Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) solutions. You will play a critical role in supporting Dropbox’s quote-to-cash process, enabling seamless product configuration, pricing, and quoting. Partnering with Sales, Finance, and IT, you will design and deliver scalable CPQ solutions that align with Dropbox’s long-term growth strategy. This role provides exposure to senior leadership, complex system design, and the opportunity to shape a foundational platform for Dropbox’s commerce operations.
Responsibilities- Salesforce CPQ Development: Assist in design, develop, and implement Salesforce CPQ solutions to meet business requirements and enhance the overall quote-to-cash process
- Customization: Customize and enhance CPQ workflows to optimize the quoting process.
- Integration: Work closely with the ITS team to integrate CPQ systems with other business applications
- Requirements Gathering: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze CPQ requirements, translating them into technical solutions
- Testing and Deployment: Perform thorough testing of CPQ solutions, manage deployments, and ensure the stability of the Salesforce environment
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, configuration guides, and release notes
- Support & Troubleshooting: Investigate, resolve, and prevent issues in the CPQ ecosystem, ensuring high availability and reliability
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, with 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development focused on CPQ
- Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist (or equivalent certification) required
- Proven ability to customize Salesforce objects and platform features (configuration, triggers, Flows, Process Builder, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components)
- Successfully led and delivered at least 3+ end-to-end Salesforce CPQ implementations
- Strong knowledge of integration techniques (Boomi, REST, SOAP APIs)
- Solid grasp of relational database design and data modeling
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, with proven capability to manage multiple priorities and partner with product managers
- Salesforce Developer Platform I or Admin certification
- Experience mentoring or guiding junior developers
- Background in object-oriented programming beyond Salesforce (e.g., Java, C#, Python)
- Experience working in large-scale, global Salesforce environments

Canada Pay Range
$108,800—$147,200 CAD
