Title: SAP BRIM Sr. Functional Analyst

Salary Range: $110,000-$150,000 (base salary + bonus)
Position Summary:
The Sr. Functional Analyst is responsible for the proactive support, maintenance, and continuous improvement of core 407 ETR applications across various platforms such as SAP and Salesforce. The Functional Analyst will assume broader responsibilities that cut across multiple specialty areas and provide expert business process and functionality analysis to drive ongoing system optimization.
This role plays a vital role in ensuring that technology solutions effectively meet the needs of the business, improve operational efficiency, and support strategic goals.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide, configuration, administration, and maintenance for 407 ETR applications while proactively collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Lead validation of business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional designs for enhancements across applications
- Oversee, advise and coordinate functional aspects and testing of system integrations between various platforms (e.g., SAP, Salesforce) to ensure seamless interoperability
- Lead projects aimed at streamlining business processes and ensuring optimal system utilization and performance
- Serve as the subject matter expert and advisor for specialized applications (such as SAP BRIM and SAP Functional Lead areas) when required, consolidating expertise under the general Sr. Functional Analyst title
- Implement best practices and drive the knowledge management processes by creating and maintaining support documentation, providing training to team members, and ensuring that best practices are shared across the organization
- Expanded responsibilities include functional design, business process reengineering, and cross-platform integration governance
- Domain leadership to ensure relevant I.T. systems are meeting the needs of stakeholders based on business and technical requirements
- Lead functional and technical team members from project initiation, requirements, delivery and operational stages of the project
- Support the delivery of projects by supporting team stand-ups, managing JIRA stories and ensuring quality is delivered into higher environments
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent years of experience).
- [8+] years of relevant work experience
- Technical skills: Proficiency in various software and systems, data modeling, and technical writing
- Analytical skills: Strong analytical skills for identifying problems, conducting analysis, and developing solutions
- Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for conveying technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Problem-solving skills: Ability to identify and resolve technical issues and find solutions to complex problems
- Project management skills: Experience in project management, including planning, execution, and monitoring
- Business acumen: Understanding of business processes and objectives to ensure solutions align with business needs
- Previous experience leading a functional team through all stages of project delivery
