SAP Fieldglass Consultant

Ottawa, ON (Candidate must be located within commuting distance in Ottawa, ON or be willing to relocate to the area.)

FTE

Salary: 70 to 120K/annum

Exp: 1 to 10+ Years experience

This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high-level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Security Clearance:

• Security Clearance (Enhanced Reliability Status) from Government of Canada or the candidate should be a resident of Canada for 5 continuous years

Responsible for implementing one or more of the following Fieldglass Modules: Contingent Workforce Management, Services Procurement, and Assignment Management 

• Responsible for team meetings and status reporting 
• Responsible for risk and issue resolution management 
• Responsible for providing information to determine future state business process, configurations, etc. 
• Coordinates activities across vendors and Project delivery team for functional and technical solution delivery.
• Ability to lead business process design workshops/discussions. 
• Ensure readiness for test (PT, SIT, and UAT) 
• Review and facilitate sign off on deployment readiness. 
• Manage defect and Change Request escalations.
• Manage final Go/No-Go Decision for each phase delivery• Proficient level of experience and knowledge of at least of one of the modules of SAP Fieldglass modules.
• Must have prior SAP Fieldglass implementation experience.
• Business Consultant professionals to analyze, design and/or develop best practice and business changes through technology solutions.
• Good understanding of SAP Fieldglass integration with SAP Ariba and SAP ERP Financial modules and process
• Participate in business development and proposal responses.
• Has Reliability Clearance in Canada or is eligible to receive a Reliability Clearance in Canada
• Must have strong client facing skills. 
• Strong understanding of end-to-end Service Procure to Pay processes. 
• Experience with SAP Ariba application and solution.
• Strong industry knowledge (Public Sector) 
• Must be able to discuss leading industry processes/practices with clients. 
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
• Strong functional, technical and integration skills. 
• Prior consulting experience in process design, SAP Fieldglass advisory and implementation.
