Job Description:

- Facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum processes within the squads.
- Guide and coach the squads on Agile Scrum principles and practices.
- Ensure the team works collaboratively and efficiently to deliver high-quality products.
- Work with the Product Developer to prioritize the product backlog.

- Experience in a scrum master role in software development, web development leading and facilitating Scrum ceremonies
- Excellent knowledge of Scrum principles and practices, techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
- Good knowledge and experience of Agile frameworks
- Excellent communication and servant leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and conflict-resolution ability
- Outstanding organizational skills
- General conceptual understanding of programming, DB querying, APIs, clou.
- Certification in Agile methodologies, like Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM), SAFe certification and Kanban certification are a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Prior knowledge of Agile project management tools, such as Jira, Confluence

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master.

- Manage each project’s scope and timeline
- Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups
- Coach team members in Agile frameworks
- Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
- Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
- Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
- Help teams implement changes effectively
- Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
- Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity
- Help build a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on it
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective.
- Identify and troubleshoot obstacles that are hindering the team’s progress.
- Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions.
- Communicate project status, risks and issues to stakeholders.
- Track KPIs and help teams deliver high-quality products/solutions on time.
- Ensure that the team follows the Scrum framework and adheres to Agile principles.
