About Fulfillment IQ (FIQ)

At Fulfillment IQ, we are transforming the future of logistics technology. As an award-winning consultancy and technology partner, we work with brands, retailers, and 3PLs to solve their most complex challenges - whether it’s designing strategy, selecting the right tech stack, building custom software, or implementing enterprise platforms.

Our team includes logistics experts, engineers, and strategists who bring both technical depth and practical experience to every engagement. We value clear thinking, strong execution, and real results. If you’re a builder, thinker, and doer who wants to shape the next generation of logistics solutions, FIQ is where you’ll find meaningful work and career growth.

We’re proud to be an inclusive, globally distributed team that values flexibility and collaboration. At FIQ, your ideas and contributions matter. You’ll have the chance to work alongside some of the brightest minds in the industry, drive innovation that sets new standards, and grow in a culture that celebrates learning, diversity, and teamwork.

Role Overview:
A Scrum Master will be responsible for facilitating agile processes and practices within our development teams to ensure successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. You will work closely with Product Owners, Development Teams, and other stakeholders to guide the team through agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring that all Scrum practices are followed effectively.
•    Identify and address any obstacles or challenges that may hinder the team’s progress. Work to resolve issues proactively and escalate as needed.
•    Monitor and report on team performance metrics, including velocity, burn-down charts, and sprint progress. Use data to facilitate discussions on team performance and areas for improvement.
•    Provide guidance and support to team members on agile principles and Scrum practices, helping them understand and implement agile methodologies effectively.

Qualifications & Experience:
•    Required bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
•    Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar agile role. Experience working in agile environments and with cross-functional teams is highly preferred.
•    Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I, or equivalent) is required. Additional agile certifications (e.g., SAFe, AgilePM) are a plus.
•    Strong understanding of Scrum and agile methodologies.
•    Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
•    Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
•    Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address and resolve impediments.
•    Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
•    Proficiency with agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Sprint Goal Achievement Rate – Measures how often the team meets its sprint goals, indicating effective planning and execution.

Impediment Resolution Time – Tracks how quickly the Scrum Master helps remove blockers that slow down the team.

Team Engagement & Morale Score – Assessed via regular surveys or feedback to gauge team satisfaction and collaboration.

Retrospective Action Item Completion Rate – Measures how effectively improvement actions from retrospectives are implemented.

Velocity Stability – Evaluates the consistency of completed work (story points) across sprints, reflecting team predictability and flow.
