We are looking for an SEM Manager at an intermediate to senior level for this high-impact role, which is part of our Media Practice. Joining our team will feel right for you if you are passionate about driving results for clients. You will be responsible for keyword and copy development, as well as campaign management of paid search programs to help our Pharma clients reach patients and healthcare providers across the US. You’ll take a collaborative approach to optimizing and integrating your efforts with our Media Planning, Analytics, and Web Development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing campaign spends to pace with target budgets
  • Reviewing data to discover opportunities to optimize performance
  • Conducting keyword research and ad copy development
  • Reporting on results and providing clients with valuable insights and recommendations

Key Qualifications:

  • 5-6 years of SEM campaign management experience
  • Proficiency in managing Google Ads and Microsoft AdCenter interfaces
  • Familiarity with Google Ads Editor and Microsoft AdCenter Desktop software
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
  • Excellent communication skills and a high level of comfort working with data
  • Ability to learn quickly and adjust easily to a demanding environment
  • Nice to have: Experience with SearchAds 360 (SA360)

  • A passionate SEM Manager who understands that search extends beyond the desktop and beyond Google
  • An expert in Google and Bing, with a potential to apply knowledge to platforms like GDN and YouTube
  • Someone who thrives on analyzing data and using insights to drive continuous improvement
  • A team player who can integrate efforts with Media Planning, Analytics, and Web Development teams
