We’re Linear Agency - a high-performance ad creative and paid media agency helping 7, 8 & 9-figure eCom and DTC brands scale profitably through performance ad creative, Meta & Google ads.

We’ve built a proven track record scaling 250+ of the most iconic eCommerce brands in the world including MAËLYS Cosmetics, Loop Earplugs, Honeylove, Flower by Drew Barrymore, Lamborghini, Mood, and The Essence Vault.

Our founders Evan Carroll & Ciaran Finn are both industry leaders (∼60k followers and counting). Leadflow is currently too high for the sales capacity of our founders, which is why we're hiring an Account Executive / BDR to act as the right hand to the founders on the sales side of the business.

Why This Role is Rare:
  • Our founders are your leverage: Evan and Ciaran have ∼60,000+ combined LinkedIn followers (and growing), generating a constant stream of warm, high-intent leads and massive brand credibility (See Evan & Ciaran on-stage at Affiliate World Here, Evan's LinkedIn here, Ciaran's LinkedIn here).
  • You will be the first account executive to join the team - you will work directly with founders Ciaran & Evan, and there is massive potential for growth into a more senior sales role for the right candidate.
  • We’ve worked with some of the most iconic DTC brands out there like Loop Earplugs, Honeylove, Flower by Drew Barrymore, Mood, and more.
  • We have some of the best case studies in the industry and you get to sell with that firepower.
  • You can leverage our brand authority when you sell - our founders are highly known in the space, people are excited to talk to us, and trust is already built.
  • But make no mistake - you still need to generate your own lead flow, win over cold leads and fringe deals, and drive pipeline with intent. If you only want to bring onboard the easy deals, do not apply.
  • Whilst we have a high leadflow, you will also be expected to source your own deals, acting end-to-end as a BDR at times (and you will be rewarded accordingly for this).
  • Work directly with Evan Carroll & Ciaran Finn, two of the sharpest business growth leaders in the game.
  • Your calendar will fill fast - we’re running multiple lead sources (both inbound and outbound) and have a massive brand presence.
  • No cap on commissions. If you close, you earn. Simple.
  • Massive room to grow into Lead Closer, Sales Manager or VP Sales as we scale.
  • We are scaling fast… You’ll have a full calendar and the opportunity to keep closing without slowing down.
What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Taking qualified sales calls from a variety of sources such as referrals, inbound from content, paid ads, outbound etc (UGC + paid social + paid search media buying services)
  • Closing multi 4 and multi 5 figure per month deals (often multiple 6 figures in total contract value) with eCom and DTC brands.
  • Issuing contracts, collecting payments, and ensuring smooth handover of new clients to service delivery team
  • Managing your pipeline with intent - following up, reviving stale leads, and hunting if your calendar isn’t full
  • Keeping the CRM tight and accurate with updates at every stage.
  • Collaborating directly with founders to refine the pitch, optimize structure, and hit targets.
  • Taking calls with brands all over the world (90%+ of our lead flow is for US brands, so your call availability must overlap heavily with EST, meaning being based in US timezone OR being in Western Europe Time Zone and working a bit later into the early evening would work).
What We’re Looking For:
  • You’re extremely competent on calls.
  • You are HUNGRY and willing to do whatever it takes to achieve the goal, including late nights or weekends where needed.
  • You don’t wait to be told what to do. You take action. If you have a no-show, you use that time to find more deals.
  • You know how to sell to eCom founders because you understand their world (marketing, Meta ads, CAC, ROAS, UGC, retention, scale problems, etc).
  • You’ve sold high-ticket marketing services to eCommerce/DTC brands before (agency, SaaS, consulting, or similar).
  • You’re coachable and want to be the best.
