The Enterprise Business team at Airwallex is a high-performing and collaborative group of innovators, focused on transforming the way large global businesses operate. We're passionate about delivering cutting-edge payments and financial solutions that streamline operations and drive growth for our enterprise clients. We’re looking for a sales-driven individual with high energy, passion, and initiative to join our Enterprise Sales Team at Airwallex. The successful candidate will find, prospect, negotiate, and close large enterprise deals across ANZ in various verticals. Working closely with the Head of Enterprise Sales, you will work at a fast pace and be excited about building & driving impact in the Enterprise segment for ANZ.

What you’ll do

  • Prospect and close large, complex enterprise deals in various verticals.

  • Manage multi-threaded sales cycles, engaging end users through to C-level executives and building the value of our products.

  • Define, execute, and own an engagement plan for key prospects.

  • Manage your pipeline, deal flow, and forecasting with vigour and accuracy.

  • Be proactive in identifying and solving client challenges.

  • Lead with insight and deliver an exceptional prospect/customer experience.

Who you are

We're looking for people who meet the minimum requirements for this role. The preferred qualifications are great to have, but are not mandatory.

Minimum qualifications:

  • At least 8-10 years of experience managing complex technology sales to enterprise accounts (advantageous if this is in fintech/payments). Experience selling multiple API solution products is a must.

  • You have a network of advocates that will support your success in this role.

  • Ability to reach and develop relationships with decision-makers in key verticals.

  • Track record of success in carrying quotas and building and maintaining pipelines to achieve it.

  • Successful history of net direct new business sales, with the ability to prove consistent delivery against targets.

  • Build meaningful, collaborative relationships with all you work with internally and externally.

  • Exceptional communication/presentation skills.

  • You can easily simplify complexity for others.

  • You’re resilient, driven, creative, patient, adaptable, and work well under pressure.

  • You are success-oriented and hold yourself accountable for delivering key outcomes, including KPIs and revenue targets.

  • Ability to travel if needed and work autonomously in a remote environment with a minimum of 3 days in the office per week.
