Antithesis is looking for Senior Account Executives with extensive knowledge of developer tools to engage with sophisticated clients. You will play a key role in driving our business growth, collaborating closely with internal teams and customers to build successful partnerships.
As a Senior Account Executive, you will report directly to the Sr Director of Sales and work closely with customers and prospects to help them understand and be successful with our technology. You will collaborate regularly with members of the sales and engineering teams. You will be responsible for customer and prospect relationships and communications. You should expect occasional travel for client meetings/presentations. You should also expect to help with tasks outside your usual range of responsibilities, as the division of labor is necessarily less rigid in an early stage company such as ours.
As a Senior Account Executive at Antithesis you will:Serve as a technical and sales expert in conversations with prospective clients, effectively demonstrating a deep understanding of Antithesis's platform and its value throughout the software development lifecycle.
Manage the complete sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—with a focus on nurturing long-term relationships with enterprise clients.
Identify and onboard early customers, refining a customer qualification and sales process that aligns with Antithesis’s strategic goals.
Advocate for both current and prospective customers during the product management process, providing insightful feedback to product and engineering teams to continuously enhance our offerings.
Ensure seamless integration of Antithesis’s Autonomous Testing solutions into clients' existing workflows, emphasizing potential ROI and addressing any technical or operational concerns.
Mentor and support new Account Executives, contributing to a collaborative and growth-oriented team culture.
Work closely with marketing to adapt sales strategies and materials based on market insights and feedback.
5+ years of experience in technical sales, preferably in enterprise B2B SaaS, with a strong preference for experience in developer tools or similar technical products.
Demonstrated success in achieving and surpassing sales targets within a technology-driven environment, with expertise in managing complex sales cycles.
Strong technical acumen, with the ability to quickly learn new technologies and explain complex solutions in a clear and concise manner.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with technical stakeholders and C-level executives.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment. A passion for Autonomous Testing and software development is a plus.
Previous experience as a Sales Engineer or in a role that required in-depth product demonstrations and technical discussions is highly valued.
