What you’ll do

    • Own the end-to-end relationship for a portfolio of clients, ensuring retention and strong stakeholder trust.

    • Manage renewals and support moderate growth opportunities within defined commercial frameworks.

    • Guide Project Managers to ensure smooth delivery and consistent quality across engagements.

    • Monitor account health, revenue performance, and provide forecasting inputs to senior leadership.

    • Identify and resolve risks early, acting as the main point of escalation for your accounts.

    • Translate customer goals into clear, structured creative programs.

    • Use performance data and insights to support QBRs and renewal conversations.

    • Maintain a strong understanding of Superside’s services to identify value-driving opportunities.

    • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on delivery and account strategy.

What you'll need to succeed

    • 5+ years of experience in account management or client services within creative, digital, or professional services environments.

    • Experience managing and retaining client accounts with ownership of renewals.

    • Ability to lead commercial conversations within defined pricing and deal structures.

    • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working with senior clients.

    • Ability to balance strategic thinking with day-to-day execution.

    • Experience working with cross-functional teams such as Project Managers and Producers.

    • Comfort using data to inform account decisions and forecasting.

    • Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to connect delivery to business outcomes.
