  •  Drive sell‑in and sell‑through performance by analyzing sales data, forecasting demand, and recommending corrective actions to exceed targets.

  •  Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to ensure optimal product availability, strong in‑store and online execution, and compelling brand presence.

  •  Lead negotiations with partners on pricing, promotions, assortment, merchandising, and marketing investments while protecting margin and brand equity.

  •  Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer insights within the gaming and consumer electronics space, translating insights into actionable sales strategies.

  •  Track and report sales performance, forecasts, and KPIs, providing regular business reviews and data‑driven recommendations to internal stakeholders.

  •  Ensure adherence to Razer’s brand standards, contractual terms, and compliance requirements across all customer touchpoints.

  •  Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts or adjacent channels to accelerate growth.

  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, POS trends, and market insights to drive business decisions.

  • Skilled in negotiation, presentation, and communication, with the ability to clearly articulate value propositions.

  • Comfortable working cross‑functionally with Marketing, Product, Supply Chain, and Finance teams.

  • Highly organized, self‑motivated, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment.

  • Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and sales reporting tools.
