Integral Ad Science is currently seeking a Senior Accountant to join our Finance team. The role will report to the Senior Manager, Accounting and will be part of an accounting team with members based in NY, Singapore, Ireland, and India that oversee accounting globally.
What you’ll do:
- Key member and contributor to the monthly close process, including submission and preparation of monthly entries and analytical review of results
- Oversee daily US GAAP transactions
- Participate in local GAAP reconciliations and preparation of financial statements
- Work with cross-functional teams within the organization; including Payroll, Tax, Billing & Collections and IT, and external to the organization; including auditors and international accountants.
- Prepare balance sheet account reconciliations
- Assist with annual financial statement audits by providing analysis and supporting documentation
- Assist with various ad-hoc projects
- Assist in establishing accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency
Who you are and what you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related business field
- CA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent
- 4-5 years of experience preferred in public or private accounting
- Strong interpersonal skills with others and the ability to present results and analysis in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to identify potential issues, resolve if possible, and escalate as needed
- Proficient with ERP systems, including Microsoft Excel, and experience with accounting software (Workday preferred)
- Professional with a strong understanding of US and local GAAPs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience working on intercompany and payroll accounting would be an advantage
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks with guidance
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively
