About Us

ServerMania is a dedicated server and cloud infrastructure provider with over a decade of profitable growth. Headquartered in Canada, we serve a global customer base with data centers across the United States, Montreal, Vancouver, and Europe. Our clients range from fast-growing startups to enterprise organizations, with a strong concentration of customers in the U.S. market.

As we enter our next phase of expansion into GPU and AI hosting, we’re building out our internal finance function to match the scale of our operations. This is an opportunity to join a stable, growing company where your work will directly influence financial strategy, operational efficiency, and investor readiness as we position ourselves for continued global growth.

Role Overview

We’re hiring a full-time finance leader to establish and grow our internal finance function. This is a hands-on role that combines the day-to-day ownership of bookkeeping and payroll with forward-looking financial analysis, reporting, and modeling. You’ll manage the accuracy of our financial records across multiple entities, prepare executive-ready reporting packages, and build the financial models that support key business decisions and investor readiness.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys both rolling up their sleeves with the numbers and contributing to the bigger financial picture of a growing global infrastructure company.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary ($85,000 - $110,000 CAD range depending on experience).
  • Competitive and comprehensive benefits package
  • Hybrid work environment (Mix of Remote and In-House)
  • Growth path into the Director of Finance as the company scales.
  • Opportunity to shape the finance function in a profitable, growing tech company.
