Ro is a direct-to-patient healthcare company with a mission of helping patients achieve their health goals by delivering the easiest, most effective care possible. Ro is the only company to offer nationwide telehealth, labs, and pharmacy services. This is enabled by Ro's vertically integrated platform that helps patients achieve their goals through a convenient, end-to-end healthcare experience spanning from diagnosis, to delivery of medication, to ongoing care. Since 2017, Ro has helped millions of patients in nearly every single county in the United States, including 98% of primary care deserts.

The healthcare system today is not designed to help patients achieve their goals. It’s designed around institutions such as hospitals and insurance companies. A patient centric healthcare system is one that is designed around the goals a patient wants to achieve. We’re building healthcare that puts patients in control, provides reactive and proactive care, has transparent pricing and process, is extremely effective and ridiculously convenient, and evolves over time based on patients’ goals.

Ro has been recognized as a Fortune Best Workplace in New York and Health Care for four consecutive years (2021-2024). In 2023, Ro was also named Best Workplace for Parents for the third year in a row. In 2022, Ro was listed as a CNBC Disruptor 50.

As a Senior Analyst, Supply Planning at Ro, you will play a critical role in ensuring the uninterrupted availability of all prescription medications, medical device kitting, and compounding inventory. You’ll own the purchasing process end-to-end, proactively manage supply risks, and collaborate with teams across Inventory Control, Corporate Quality, Sourcing, Demand Planning, and Pharmacy Operations to keep our supply chain running smoothly.

This is a high-impact, high-ownership role that requires strong analytical capabilities, operational rigor, and clear communication. You'll leverage data to drive decisions, optimize planning processes, and ensure the right inventory is in the right place—at the right time.

What You'll Do:

  • Own the end-to-end purchasing process for all Rx, kit, and compounding inventory
  • Monitor supply health and proactively identify, communicate, and mitigate supply risks in partnership with internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain supply plans that align with demand forecasts and inventory targets
  • Partner with Inventory Control to ensure system accuracy and alignment across inventory, demand, and replenishment signals
  • Build strong relationships with vendors and hold them accountable to service and delivery expectations
  • Leverage Excel and planning tools to analyze purchase trends, optimize order frequency and volume, and identify efficiency opportunities
  • Support continuous improvement by experimenting with new planning processes and working cross-functionally to drive alignment and execution
  • Surface blockers or trade-offs to your manager with a solutions-oriented mindset

What You'll Bring to the Team:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in supply planning, inventory management, or a related function
  • Strong proficiency in Excel (lookups, pivot tables, formulas); experience with ERP and inventory planning systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Anaplan) is a plus
  • Proven ability to communicate clearly with cross-functional teams and external vendors
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment; you're solutions-focused and process-minded
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-through
  • Data-driven decision-maker with a solid understanding of supply chain dynamics

We've Got You Covered:

  • Full medical, dental, and vision insurance + OneMedical membership
  • Healthcare and Dependent Care FSA
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Flexible PTO
  • Wellbeing + Learning & Growth reimbursements
  • Paid parental leave + Fertility benefits
  • Pet insurance
  • Student loan refinancing
  • Virtual resources for mindfulness, counseling, and fitness
