What you’ll accomplish with us
As a Senior Business Analyst, you’ll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:

  • Define, maintain, and continuously evolve the vision, strategy, and detailed roadmap for the Wealth line of business, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and the iA enterprise roadmap

  • Translate the roadmap into a prioritized backlog of epics and user stories, in close collaboration with business stakeholders, based on business value, feasibility, and dependencies

  • Develop a deep understanding of the business strategy, challenges, and operational realities to guide IT teams in delivering innovative, efficient, and value‑driven solutions

  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, journey owners, business analysts, solution architects, and cross‑functional teams throughout the delivery lifecycle

  • Actively participate in Agile planning activities, including dependency management across initiatives and projects

  • Communicate roadmap progress, priorities, and key milestones regularly to stakeholders to ensure alignment, transparency, and buy‑in

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Is known for their proactivity, autonomy, adaptability in a context of transformation, attention to detail, curiosity, discipline, strong analytical thinking, and desire to continuously learn

  • Stands out for their strong analytical, processing, coordination, collaboration, and communication skills, including the ability to clearly explain concepts and maintain healthy working relationships with stakeholders at various hierarchical levels

  • Demonstrates strong knowledge of Lean/Agile principles and the ability to apply them effectively in a collaborative, team‑based environment

  • Is recognized for their interest in and appreciation of close collaboration with internal partners and users, as well as for their strong desire to deepen their understanding of the wealth management field

  • Has a college diploma or Bachelor’s degree in computer science, administration, or other relevant training of a similar level, along with 3 to five years of experience in a similar role; knowledge of wealth management, investment, or the Wealth Market is considered an asset

  • Has an advanced level of English proficiency, as the role involves collaborating, communicating, and sharing deliverables with anglophone stakeholders on a regular basis

  • Has an advanced level of French

The typical hiring range for this position is between $66 862 and $115 371 CAD per year; the base salary offered may vary depending on knowledge, skills, years of experience, and internal equity related to the role. At iA, we are committed to offering a fair, equitable, and market-based compensation structure. Our market data is updated annually to reflect the most current market conditions.
