The Senior Business Analyst plays a key role in driving strategic initiatives and process improvements across Clario. The Senior Business Analyst partners with cross-functional teams to define requirements, manage project delivery, and ensure successful outcomes aligned with organizational goals.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead requirements-gathering activities through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and data analysis.

  • Translate business needs into clear, concise functional specifications and user stories.

  • Conduct gap analyses, process mapping (as-is and to-be), and impact assessments to identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Define success metrics and develop business cases in partnership with business units.

  • Manage project scope, schedules, and deliverables to ensure timely and on-budget execution.

  • Facilitate sprint planning, stakeholder meetings, and progress reporting.

  • Act as a liaison between business units, technology teams, and third-party vendors to ensure alignment and collaboration.

  • Create and maintain project documentation including BRDs, process flows, test plans, and status reports.

  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide post-implementation recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Build trusted relationships with executive sponsors and key stakeholders through effective communication and influence.

What We Look For

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or related roles.

  • 2–4 years of hands-on project management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.

  • Strong understanding of business processes, requirements elicitation, and stakeholder management.

  • Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Project, Power BI, and related systems.

  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.

  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, agile environments and manage multiple priorities effectively.
