We are seeking a Senior Cloud Platform Software Developer to architect, build, and evolve our cloud-native, multi-tenant platform, ensuring it is highly scalable, resilient, and interoperable. You will take ownership of distributed services, automation pipelines, and infrastructure orchestration to enable high availability, zero-downtime updates, and efficient global performance. This role is key to enabling seamless service integration, intelligent automation, and consistent user experiences across global deployments. You will also mentor junior developers and shape the future of our cloud services architecture.
Key Responsibilities
- Platform Architecture & Design: Architect and implement distributed, cloud-native services using Kubernetes and other CNCF-aligned technologies, focusing on horizontal scaling and zero-downtime deployment.
- Service & API Ownership: Lead design reviews, define coding standards, and guide the development of platform APIs and SDKs.
- Multi-Tenancy & Access: Manage the lifecycle of multi-tenant services, including provisioning, entitlements, and architecting fine-grained authorization and policy services.
- DevOps & Automation: Drive the adoption of Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and GitOps patterns across the platform. Collaborate with DevOps/SRE teams to optimize automation, reliability, and performance.
- Observability: Implement and define observability standards (logging, metrics, and distributed tracing) using tools such as OpenTelemetry and Prometheus to improve platform reliability.
- Global Scalability & Optimization: Ensure global scalability and internationalization, aligning with best practices in localization and data sovereignty. Optimize for resource efficiency and sustainable, cost-conscious operations.
- Strategic & Technical Leadership: Partner with architecture teams to define and evolve platform architecture, security, and compliance. Mentor junior developers and advocate for a culture of technical excellence and cloud-native design patterns.
