YOUR MISSION

As a Marketing and Communications Coordinator for Moment Factory Originals, you will support the Marketing and Communications Manager in executing the marketing and communication strategies and tactics for the ticketed signature experiences sector. You will coordinate the production of various marketing tools while being responsible for their approvals. Your role will also involve coordinating communications and media relations around the projects.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Marketing
  • Plan and coordinate the production of marketing and communication tools as established with clients;
  • Book internal and external resources such as translators, writers, agencies, and consultants according to budget and objectives;
  • Ensure follow-ups with resources until final delivery, adhering to the established timeline;
  • Coordinate the internal approval process for various tools;
  • Oversee the documentation process (videos and photos) for projects, including timelines, budgets, resources, etc.;
  • Approve tools created by partners and clients, ensuring brand consistency and adherence to key messages.

  • Communication/Media Relations
  • Support the Marketing and Communications Manager in planning targeted media interventions around projects;
  • Help establish key messages for various projects and initiatives;
  • Assist in preparing spokespersons for media engagements;
  • Coordinate media requests submitted by our clients or the Moment Factory communications team.

  • Administration/Project Management
  • Establish contracts for marketing suppliers and freelancers;
  • Process invoices from suppliers and freelancers;
  • Support the Marketing and Communications Manager in managing schedules;
  • Plan and organize activities and meetings related to the production of communication/marketing tools;
  • Maintain various coordination tools (tracking sheets, Google Sheets, etc.);
  • Contribute to updating several tools (budget, timeline, etc.);
  • Help improve existing processes and develop and communicate new management tools to relevant parties;
  • Ensure proper archiving of relevant documents.

YOUR JOURNEY INCLUDES

  • Bachelor's degree with a specialization in communications, marketing, project management, or a related field;
  • 5 to 6 years of experience in a coordination role, project management, communications, and/or marketing within a creative environment;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both French and English (you will regularly communicate with English-speaking clients in this role);
  • Knowledge of the entertainment industry and ticketed experiences;
  • Proficiency in commonly used software and technology platforms;
  • Knowledge of markets beyond Quebec, both in Canada and internationally, is a plus;
  • Experience in a communications/advertising agency is an asset.
