The salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, and the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
The salary range for this position is
• Toronto: $97,000- $127,050
Short-Term Variable Compensation Plan : Your pay also includes the opportunity for an annual bonus. Actual bonus payouts are based on performance of the business against the unit's objectives, individual performance, and the individual bonus target. Certain eligibility and pro-ration rules apply.

What you will do:
- Manage activities and personnel from Ericsson, our customers, and suppliers, in accordance with Ericsson requirements and customer contracts.
- Oversee budget management and ensure adherence to financial guidelines.
- Ensure work is executed in compliance with Project OHS (Occupational Health and Safety) requirements.
- Organize and coordinate rollouts effectively.
- Handle work orders and manage compensation processes.
- Plan and follow up on quality assurance activities to ensure project standards are met.
- Provide effort estimates (hours, scope) during pre-sales and early project phases to support budgeting
- Interpret customer scope, throughput targets, and end requirements; plan and manage execution accordingly
- Assess site suitability and determine build approach (self-perform vs. suppliers)
- Select and manage suppliers based on expertise, cost, and delivery needs
The skills you bring:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Operations, Engineering, Computer Science, IT or other science discipline.
- At least 6 years of experience in the telecommunications industry and hands on Construction experience is required
- Proven ability to provide design solutions and guide order of operations
- Skilled in determining site feasibility and offering site design consulting
- Direct knowledge of general construction processes and procedures
- Experience managing and directing contractors, estimating scope for civils, ground, L&A, backhaul, and maintenance
- Ability to enforce Ericsson and customer construction and quality standards
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Deep understanding of site acquisition, zoning, permitting, landlord negotiations, leasing laws, jurisdictional requirements, and environmental compliance
- Ability to interface with customers, property owners, and internal/external personnel
- Strong contract knowledge (leasing, vendor-facing, customer-facing) and financial acumen
- Proven leadership skills
- Strong understanding of EHS statutory requirements
- Completion of OSHA 30-hour telecom course
- Experience with Ericsson equipment portfolio is a plus
- Significant, hands-on experience in managing construction projects, particularly in the area of tower new site builds
- Experience scoping NSB and NSB Power and Fiber Walks
- Experience leading Civil Construction including fiber, commercial power, and site conditioning (trenching, fencing, conduit, concrete, roads, etc.)
