This role is part of our Personalised Content team. We create emotive yet conversion-focused ideas, products and campaigns at scale and speed. Our specialty is hyper-personalised, digital communications that change perceptions, shape new behaviours, and shift market share for our clients including eBay, Ancestry, Walmart, and more! 

JOB PURPOSE

You will regularly exercise discretion and independent judgment and will be involved in writing copy that is clear, concise and conversational. You are also technical and enjoy cataloging information, setting up content and design for strong search engine rankings. You possess a strong intuition and want to continue to learn, grow and challenge yourself. You are inspired by technology and the role a simple narrative plays in culture today. You thrive navigating complexity within teams, organizations,  and creativity.

You also have a strong desire to ensure that clients are extremely satisfied with our services and products. In addition, you possess strong problem-solving skills and a track record of success. You will be dealing with multiple personality types, and need to be able to adapt based on the person you are working and communicating with. 

In your role, you will report to the Creative Director who will drive the strategy and direction for the creative and design team. You will support the strategic goals of the company by focusing on the success of these activities and assisting with meeting the short and long-term objectives of the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with a large team to meet and exceed the design needs for various company accounts.
  • Contribute to elevating the Google brand through narrative development, UX writing, and conceptual thinking.
  • Contribute to the design and production of large-scale eCommerce platform.
  • Write, edit and publish concise and compelling brand-voiced content.
  • Articulate ideas into simple narratives for experience and presentation.
  • Create headlines, CTAs, hashtags, manifestos and body copy.
  • Collaborate and develop relationships with our clients .
  • Responsible for bringing a solid point-of-view with fresh perspectives to the team.
  • Work with minimal processes in place, solving problems by being optimistic and using proactive thought processes and skills.
  • Take on other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • 3-5 years of experience in a copywriter role.
  • Experience in a creative agency.
  • Bachelor's Degree with coursework in creative or technical writing or a related field is a plus.
  • Foundational understanding of Figma or equivalent Copy-Design workflow tools.
