Job Summary:
As a key member of the Global Corporate Real Estate and Workplace Management team, the Senior Data Analyst, Space Management is responsible for analyzing complex data sets, generating actionable insights, and enhancing management reporting to support strategic decision-making. The role collaborates closely with software providers for technical support, business users to gather requirements, and the IT business intelligence team for dashboarding and visualization. The ideal candidate brings advanced analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and a solid understanding of space utilization and workplace metrics. By leveraging data as a strategic asset, this role supports the space strategy team in driving informed decisions and aligning real estate initiatives with broader organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
Data Management and Reporting
Compile, structure, and automate large datasets to support accurate, timely reporting and enhance overall efficiency in reporting processes
Manage the Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS), ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integration with enterprise systems (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow)
Maintain and govern data from Space Management and Utilization platforms; conduct regular validation and reconciliation to uphold data integrity across the global portfolio
Develop and manage Power BI dashboards and generate reports that provide insights into occupancy, space utilization, lease administration, and capital project planning
Assist with the annual budgeting process by providing rental chargeback estimates and supporting data validation and consolidation efforts
Collaborate with global teams across time zones to facilitate accurate data collection, streamline workflows, and continuously improve reporting quality and automation
Required:
Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for data analysis, visualization, and reporting
Practical expertise in data management, data modeling, and database administration
Excellent communication and presentation skills for delivering insights to senior leadership
Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail and data accuracy
Experience in systems implementation and maintenance
Experience with IWMS (preferably Archibus) or CAFM platforms
Knowledge of relational databases
Proficiency in AutoCAD
Proactive problem-solving skills, especially related to data and reporting issues
Excellent English writing skills
Skilled in organizing, facilitating, and documenting internal and external meetings
Familiarity with Business Analysis (BA) methodology
Strong sense of ownership and growth mindset
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in fast-paced environments
