At Mistplay, we have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our dynamic Enterprise & Growth Analytics team. This role plays a crucial part in leveraging data to enhance our business performance through strategic insights and data products. That person will work in partnership with our Marketing / User Acquisition (UA), Commercial and Finance teams.

Unlocking Insights: Explore, analyze and synthesize data to drive our strategy.
Drive Optimizations: Leverage your expertise in quantitative modelling and data pipelines to optimize our operations.
Enabling Data-Driven Decisions: Enhance the decision-making processes of our stakeholders by developing Business Intelligence dashboards and reports.
Work with the right tools: we have a modern tech stack, extensive datasets and the support to grow.
Experiment & Innovate: You’re curious and seek to continuously improve. You make educated hypotheses and validate their value along the way.
Collaborate: Living at the intersection of the business functions and the technical stakeholders, you will connect the dots for many. You’ll voice business concerns to (data) engineering and help various stakeholders understand complex concepts.
What you bring to Mistplay:
5+ years of experience in the tech or other data-rich industry, bringing expertise in data science, analytics, or business intelligence roles.
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative discipline will be advantageous.
Practical knowledge of SQL, Python, BI tools and Statistics. Experience with Machine Learning is considered an asset.
Ability to synthesize and communicate complex concepts and analyses to a wide range of technical and non-technical audiences.
A proven track record of impacting business decisions.A
