About the Role:

ZayZoon is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to deliver reporting and insights that empower our teams and senior leadership to make smarter, faster decisions. In this role, you’ll design and manage analytics solutions across product, growth, and acquisition, transforming complex data into clear recommendations and scalable dashboards. You’ll work closely with product, go-to-market, operations, and leadership teams to ensure ZayZoon has the right data foundation, reporting capabilities, and self-serve tools to scale effectively.

Your Impact:

• Design and manage analytics and reporting solutions that drive data-informed decision making

• Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations that communicate insights across technical and non-technical audiences

• Translate business strategy and stakeholder needs into actionable analyses and recommendations

• Partner across teams to deliver strategic analytics initiatives and operational reporting

• Enable self-serve analytics by developing tools, documentation, and training for non-analytical users

• Maintain scalable processes and ensure consistency in reporting practices

You bring:

• 5+ years in a data analyst or BI role, ideally in SaaS or high-growth tech

• Strong SQL skills and expertise with BI tools (e.g., Metabase, Looker, Tableau, Power BI)

• Proven ability to design clear, actionable dashboards and visualizations

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with experience engaging both technical and business audiences

• Familiarity with data engineering concepts (ETL/ELT, medallion architecture)

• A collaborative mindset and ability to build trust with stakeholders

• Bonus: Hands-on experience with the modern data stack: Git-based workflows, cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery), dbt/ sqlmesh or similar, and orchestration tools
