Design and lead scalable enterprise data architectures using PostgreSQL and graph databases. Define logical and physical data models, optimize performance, modernize databases, integrate relational and graph systems, support AI/analytics platforms, produce governance documentation, and guide engineering teams through implementation.
ELEKS is looking for a Senior Data Architect (PostgreSQL + Graph Databases) in Canada.
Alberta-based candidates are strongly preferred (Calgary or Edmonton). Canada-based candidates will also be considered.

REQUIREMENTS
- 8+ years of experience in Data Architecture
- Expert knowledge of PostgreSQL architecture, optimization, and data modeling
- Experience designing large-scale relational data platforms
- Experience working with Graph Databases (Neo4j, Neptune, TigerGraph, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of data integration, ETL/ELT processes, and modern data platforms
- Experience with cloud-native database services
- Familiarity with semantic data modeling is a plus
- Experience supporting AI and analytics platforms
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English
